Spritz Veneziano

The true taste of Venetian aperitivo hour, the Spritz Veneziano is a vibrant, refreshing, and beautifully simple highball. It's built on the iconic 3-2-1 formula: three parts Prosecco, two parts bitter liqueur, and one part soda.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts (3 oz / 90ml) Prosecco
  • 2 parts (2 oz / 60ml) Bitter Liqueur
  • 1 part (1 oz / 30ml) Soda Water
  • Garnish: Orange Slice or Green Olive

Instructions

  1. Fill a Glass with Ice: Fill a large wine glass or goblet to the brim with ice cubes.
