How to Play Solitaire (Klondike)

Solitaire, also known as Klondike, is a classic single-player card game. The objective is to move all cards to the four foundation piles, sorted by suit and rank from Ace to King.

• Setup:
  • The game starts with 28 cards dealt into seven tableau piles.
  • The remaining cards form the stock (deck). Four empty foundation piles are available.
• Gameplay:
  • Move cards between tableau piles in descending rank and alternating color (e.g., a red 7 on a black 8).
  • Only a King can be moved to an empty tableau pile.
  • Click the stock to deal cards to the waste pile. The top card is available for play.
  • Build up foundation piles by suit, from Ace to King (A, 2, 3...K).
• Winning: You win the game when all 52 cards are moved to the foundation piles.
